Is the estimate really free?
Completely. The walkthrough, the assessment, and the written proposal cost you nothing — whether or not you hire us. We earn projects with clarity, not pressure.
Do I need to know exactly what my building needs?
No. Choose "Not sure yet" and we'll assess the property and recommend the right scope — painting, waterproofing, restoration, or a phased combination. We'll also tell you what can wait.
How long is the proposal valid?
Proposals are honored for 60 days. For associations budgeting for a future fiscal year, we'll re-verify pricing before board approval at no charge.
Can you present to our board or property manager?
Yes — we regularly present scope, phasing, and warranty terms at board meetings, and we provide the documentation your reserve study and management company need.
