We understand that all construction and remodeling can be a hassle for the homeowner or homeowner association. In order make the process as short as possible, we promise to always show up on time, on a consistent schedule, until your project is completed. We work closely with home owners and associations to keep them updated on how we are progressing and when we expect to be completed.
The last thing a homeowner should have to worry about is their property getting damaged or ruined during the painting process. Proper preparation is one of the most important elements of of any remodel or project. All preparation for painting is done by our crew using nothing but industry standard films and protective measures over all windows and furniture prior to opening the first paint can.
Each paint job is unique and requires its own list of materials. Mora Painting does a FREE unique and individualized estimate for each project so both ourselves and the client does not have to worry about unexpected charges. Once our estimate is signed, that is our guarantee to the client that they will have a quality paint job at the fee agreed on.
Draw schedule will vary by project.
All materials and tools are included in our original estimate. If there is a unique product that our client wants to provide for their job then we will be happy to incorporate their request.
All estimates written include using quality paints from suppliers such as Benjamin Moore®, Glidden®, PPG Porter Paints® or Sherwin Williams paint. We choose specific paint brands and types specially formulated and suited to withstand the harsh Florida Sun.
All estimates written include using quality products from Tuf-Top Coatings or Elite Crete Systems. We choose specific epoxy brands and types specially formulated and suited to withstand the harsh Florida enviornment.
After years in the industry, we have become experts at estimating exactly how much paint a project requires but we know accidents happen. We are always sure to leave a small amount of paint behind that is properly labeled for the different areas in case a touch up is needed.
We want to make sure the end result of your project reflects your own taste, so whether you want one color, or one color for each room, we will be sure to have all the colors requested on hand.
Part of our preparation process is ensuring we have a blank canvas to start with. In addition to covering all windows and furniture, we fill and patch all nail holes and/or dents for interior painting. For exterior painting we always start with a thorough pressure washing, stucco patching for settlement cracks, and caulking for all windows.
The interior millwork in a space can really make it stand out against flat surfaces. We pride ourselves in making this beautiful millwork shine to make sure it is appreciated.
Painting can be an invasive process but we will do our best to make sure your day goes uninterrupted. We will be sure to keep you informed on which areas we will be painting so you can be sure you don’t run into any wet walls. All of our machines have extended hoses on them so we can keep the noisy machines as far away as possible.
Just like any other job, each project requires the right tool. We use a paint sprayer when possible for all exterior painting and use a roller for tighter areas or homes that are closer together. Interior spaces are usually rolled with high quality rollers and trimmed out using a good old fashion paint brush.
Even the sunniest areas have their rainy days. Fortunately we can paint almost every day in Florida but when the rain clouds gather we will always let you know when you can expect us to come back. Depending on the time of day, you can usually expect us back a few hours after the rain stops or immediately the next morning.
