INITIAL MEETING
Your first meeting will be to gather information for the scope of work for your project and get enough detail to provide you an initial rough estimate.
ESTIMATE
Estimates will be based on our overall experience and current market averages and will have allowances for any unselected materials. In order to provide an accurate quote, all your selections must be made for the project.
DESIGN PROCESS
A design contract may be signed after the initial estimate in order to determine selections and the project plan of action. Our experienced in-house designer will meet with you to establish your needs and help guide you in selecting products that suit your goals.
PROPOSAL
After finalizing all selections, we will present a final proposal that contains the full intended scope of work and true costs of all finishes you’ve selected.
DEFINITIVE CONTRACT
Once all selections have been signed off on, Mora Painting will proceed to a definitive contract and determine a potential start date and projected timeline.
SUPERVISOR WALK-THROUGH
After signing a final contract, our team will meet with you on site to review the project and discuss all logistics.
